Terms of sale
Effective October 20, 2026
These terms apply when you buy from scooplab.us. The seller is ScoopLab LLC, 1801 E Holt Blvd, #1212, Ontario, CA 91761 (“ScoopLab”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See Shipping & returns for timing.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you choose the monthly refill subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month, at the price shown at checkout plus applicable tax and shipping, and to ship one refill pouch each cycle, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online from Manage subscription or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future charges. We will notify you before any change to your subscription price.

Product use
ScoopLab is a supplement for dogs, intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding alongside a complete and balanced diet. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication or being treated for a health condition, talk to your veterinarian before use. For animal use only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
