How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping options and cost are shown at checkout before you pay, and we email tracking when your order ships.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
Your first ScoopLab order is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your dog won't eat it, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund the product price. You don't need to send the opened product back.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How does the monthly refill subscription work?
One 120 g refill pouch ships each month. Your card is charged automatically each month, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We'll email you before any price change.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from Manage subscription or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge; orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
