This policy explains how ScoopLab LLC (“ScoopLab”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Wholesale enquiries. When you submit the wholesale form we receive the details you enter: name, business name, email, and optionally phone, business type, number of locations, state, website and your message.
• Emails you send us. The content of any email you send to [email protected].
• Basic usage data. Our hosting provider and analytics tools record aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate country. We use this to understand how the site is used.

We do not sell products directly on this website and do not collect payment information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a stockist, to manage your account.
• To keep the site working, secure and improving.

We do not add you to a marketing list from a wholesale enquiry, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run this site, such as our web host and content delivery network, our form-handling service, our email provider and, where enabled, a web analytics service. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

“Buy on Amazon” buttons take you to Amazon.com. Purchases there are governed by Amazon's own terms and privacy notice.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we enable Google Analytics, it uses first-party cookies to count visits; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
